During individual workout sessions, our trainers show you how your personal training can lead to success.  The focus will be on the elimination of back pain and tension, body toning, strength building and weight reduction.

But we can also professionally tailor your training sessions to meet your needs during pregnancy, after birth or after surgery; or in the case of  joint degeneration such as from osteoarthritis or other limitations.

Our members receive multiple personal training sessions per year. These are covered by the bi-annual coaching fee and do not have to be paid individually.

However, it is also possible to book a “private” Personal Trainer (PT) on an on-going basis.
