The Milon Strength Circuit is the next level up.

You train for 45 seconds on each of the nine machines, with a 30-second pause in between. This allows the selected weight to be heavier and the growth stretch on the muscle larger. A complete body workout is achieved through the newest scientific methods in only 10 ½ minutes. Your personal training data is saved and recorded on your electronic membership card.

Alternating you training circuit regularly (for example two weeks strength followed by two of stamina training) is beneficial. This stretches different sets of muscles and provides optimal conditions for an effective workout.
